development <strong>of</strong> the various plans <strong>and</strong> requirements <strong>of</strong> the new<br />
framework<br />

Deputy General<br />
Manager, Director or<br />
Executive Manager.<br />
Maintain a watching brief over the implementation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Community Strategic Plan, Resourcing Strategy, Delivery<br />
Program <strong>and</strong> Operational Plan <strong>and</strong> advise the General<br />
Manager <strong>of</strong> any matters that may affect the delivery <strong>of</strong> the<br />
plans, as appropriate<br />
Undertake specific responsibilities allocated to them in the<br />
Delivery Program <strong>and</strong> Operational Plan<br />
Ensure staff under their direction undertake responsibilities<br />
allocated to them in the Delivery Program <strong>and</strong> the Operational<br />
Plan<br />
<br />
Provide timely advice to the General Manager, as required, on<br />
the progress <strong>of</strong> projects/activities included in the Delivery<br />
Program <strong>and</strong> the Operational Plan.<br />
