Comments: A bizarre and convoluted tale that probably “lost” a bit in the
translation, but with some interesting details and information on possible future
cataclysmic events. I am also puzzled as to why an “alien” visited an elderly
pensioner in an obscure city and imparted all this puzzling information to her.

Date: April 2 1990
Time: 0300A
The witness, Genesis Moreira, (involved in other contacts, mostly of the telepathic
type) was in bed next to his wife unable to fall asleep, when he suddenly noticed a
white light shining through the closed window shades. Suddenly the light appeared
inside the room; it pulsated and emitted blinding flashes. Paralyzed he attempted to
wake his wife but his muscles would not obey him. Suddenly from within the light a
figure emerged which he could only see the head and torso. Genesis again attempted
to move but felt a very strong pressure on his chest that prevented him from
moving. Floating just above the floor the creature approached to within a few
centimeters from the witness face. Still hovering it spoke to the witness without
moving its lips (telepathically), “I am Pribo do not be afraid. Don’t believe in the
tiger if you don’t believe in yourself”, having said that, the creature floated back
and disappeared inside the light that disappeared like the screen on old television
sets. Genesis then felt a tingling sensation on his chest and soon was able to move
again. He described the entity as having a round head, not to large, with a square
jaw, thin nose, thin lips and a high forehead as if wearing a helmet. It wore a kind of
black visor which covered the eyes completely, the skin was silvery metallic in
appearance, and when it “spoke” to the witness the voice was high-pitched and
accented. In spite of the physical discomfort Genesis felt a feeling of peace and wellbeing.

Mr. A S Pavlenko, the main medical doctor at the town hospital, was walking near a
piece of wasteland near the Kropivnitskiy block when suddenly about 250 meters
ahead of him an egg-shaped object appeared, emitting a bluish light that increased
