Reportedly, Contactee A.I. Ananyev entered into telepathic communication with an
alien civilization. He heard a voice in his head that told him that they have specially
selected him for the contact and data transmission because his “brain frequencies”
and other parameters are what they needed for such contacts. The aliens informed
him that they were from the planet “Oma” from the constellation of Libra. As they
told him, their planet is 5 times older than the Earth, and is quite cold and getting
colder. Life on their planet had appeared when it was still warm. Now the cold
planet “have difficult horizontal multi-level streams of mass”, yet the planet have
biological life (probably now dwelling in underground cities and complexes). The
aliens there can easily enter into the so-called “information field” and easily
communicate through mental impulses or telepathy. They also informed him that
they are connected with Earth by scientific research purposes and can easily travel
between various star systems many light years distant. The aliens also confessed to
A.I. Ananyev that they “recruit” and take some people, (humans) from Earth to
their planet (apparently to work for them) as well as residents of other planets in
our part of the galaxy. Reportedly the civilization on the planet “Oma” has
connections with numerous extraterrestrial civilizations. A.I. Ananyev had not only
telepathic, but also “out of body” astral contacts with this civilization. (No other
information).
