Date: middle of October 1990 Time: 2100
The thirteen year old witness was on the phone with a friend when his father came
in the room and told him that he needed to feed their dog, which stayed outside. He
got the dog food and went to do the chore quickly so he could get back on the phone.
It was a clear and cool night. While walking to feed the dog he noticed how beautiful
the sky and stars were. He bent down to pour the food out into the container and as
he stood up he noticed an oval shaped flying object that had green and red lights
circling in the middle. There were windows in the craft where he actually saw a
green figure with a huge head and big bulging black eyes. The craft was flying
extremely low across a field. After staring at it for about 3 minutes, his curiosity left
and fear took over when he realized that the craft was coming his way. He ran
straight toward the house and as he approached the steps he looked back as the
craft quickly went backwards and out of sight. He was very upset about the
encounter and got his parents outside to see if they could see it but it was already
gone.

Time: 0927A
According to local newspaper sources, a “telecommunications worker” reported on
July 18 that an extraterrestrial spacecraft would visit him at a certain location in
Mongolia and would establish contact with him. On the day of the appointment
(October 18) a curios group of people accompanied the man to the pre-arranged
location. In the morning the man left the group and climbed on a rocky hill. Soon he
gave the sign that the “aliens were approaching”. Some time later the group decided
to go where the man was since they felt that he could be in danger. They found him
unconscious on top of the hill. The time was 0929A, seconds later they heard a loud
thunder-like sound coming from a high altitude. The man remained unconscious
and several minutes later the group noticed reddish scars on his neck that soon
extended all over his body. One hour later he regained consciousness. The others
present did not see the aliens or their craft, but according to the man’s testimony he
met visitors from space from a planet called “Rombu”. The aliens told him that they
posed no danger to humans and had been visiting the earth for “a long time”.
