The witness, an airplane mechanic was approached by a strange man and a woman
in a black totally sealed van with blacked out windows. The strangers seemed
human enough but appeared to be able to read the witness’s mind. The strangers
left, but later that night the witness was approached by a reddish yellow football
sized shiny object at a height of about 2.5m. Terrified he fired two shots at the
object, which quickly disappeared from sight. No other information.

Local resident Maksim Abramtsev was alone at home watching the New Years Eve
celebrations on television when quite by chance he glanced at the window and saw a
strange face of some unknown entity watching him. Afraid he jumped up and ran
outside into the street. There he saw several “men” or humanoid entities walking
towards a globe-shaped object. The object was hovering low over the ground and
Maksim felt strong fear after watching this scene and ran and hid behind the door
on the porch. Moments later the globe slowly ascended into the air, flying low over
the ground, stopped and hovered in the air for a moment and then shot away at high
speed.
