Date: summer 1990 Time: afternoon
A local industrialist was traveling on highway c-17 when he spotted a huge bird-like
creature about 12meters in diameter, dark gray in color. It was flying at a low
altitude, and the witness at first thought it was some type of truck covering that had
flown off. He was surprised to see that the creature kept its head straight up,
looking ahead without moving, it silently disappeared from sight. The witness was
convinced that it must have been some kind artificial construction.

Date: summer 1990 Time: evening
Several members of the UFO research group “Okno” (Window) had arrived in the
area from the city of Kazan and had camped out at about 3km from the nearest
village among a pine forest. As they were returning to their camp one evening
several members of the expedition felt a strange influence emanating from an
unknown source of energy. Quite unexpectedly a strange humanoid creature
appeared at the edge of a meadow in the pine forest. The entity was not very tall,
probably about 1.5m in height, but very muscular and of strong build, with huge
front extremities and unpleasant, clearly inhuman features on his face, which
resembled that of a “fish”. The entity emanated a faint light from its entire body.
Several of the UFO researchers approached to within 5meters of the entity and at
that same moment the body of the humanoid appeared to dim and darkened, like a
dying electrical light. Then the group of Ufologists was seized by an immense feeling
of horror and quickly walked away from the area. And while walking back to the
campfire the men noticed that clouds in the evening sky began to assumed
symmetrical straight line shapes, until they transformed to even arrow-like shapes,
pointing in one direction. Later the men visited the location where they had seen the
strange humanoid figure and found a broken pine tree.
