Local residents reported seeing a disk-shaped UFO flying and hovering above the
city. Soon after that at a hair dressing salon on Karpenko Street something strange
happened. A strange woman, non-human in appearance walked inside the salon
around noon. She was very tall and her arms were longer than normal and was
dressed in strange retro style clothing. She walked and spoke like a robot, without
typical human emotions. She asked for an old fashioned hairstyle from the 1930’s or
1940’s before she left.

The witness had gone outside to feed his rabbits. Suddenly he felt extreme fear and
was sure someone was watching him. Looking up, he saw 25 yards away, along the
border of some woods, a tall, at least 9f t tall silvery blue figure, thin and with long
extremities. The being stood in the shadows of the trees. Afraid the witness ran
inside the house and locked everything.

48-year old Nadezhda Illarionovna had returned home feeling very tired, her
husband Alexander had come in 2 hours before. Her flat (apartment) was positioned
on the 2 nd floor of the 5 story multi-apartment complex on Semashko Street. It was
the last complex near Gagarin Park. While resting on her bed Nadezhda suddenly
heard a crackling sound coming from the parquet, as if someone had walked into
the room, her first thought was that it was her husband, but to her amazement she
