19. Contingencies
The letters of credit and guarantees are included in note 7 (a). Management have not identified any other contingencies at
year end.
20. Events occurring after the balance sheet date
The Fund received $6.6m of equity during July 2011 to fund refinancing projects. The Directors are not aware of any other
significant events occurring after the balance sheet date.
