The Fund leases head office premises from Transfield Holdings Pty Ltd and paid rent of $513,915 (2010:$ 377,098).
Lease arrangement
Campus Living Flemington Road Pty Ltd paid a lease payment of $4,272,441 (2010:$ 3,839,216) to Transfield Siruya Joint
Venture.
