IFSM 304 is taught as both hybrid and on-line. It is a writing intensive course requiring both written assignments<br />

and student to teacher discussion conferences. Both formats are completed in eight weeks. Both formats use the<br />

same sequence of events, the primary difference is that the hybrid utilizes a face-to-face component. Both the<br />

hybrid and on-line course rely heavily on a faculty led discussion forum to equate theory to practice.<br />
