Sleek, modern and minimalist, this hotel can hold its head up high<br />
in any 5 star company. Carved into the rocks right on the water’s<br />
edge on Lapad peninsula, it offers up fantastic views of the Adriatic.<br />
<strong>The</strong> bedrooms are quiet, stylish havens decked out in chocolate and<br />
cream tones. And they come with complementary bathrobes and<br />
slippers, power showers, and televisions with internet access.<br />
Dining here is quite an experience. Alongside the Elafiti buffet<br />
restaurant and the very upmarket Luna restaurant, you’ve got the<br />
incredibly chic Sushi eatery. High up on the tenth floor, it comes<br />
with a side-order of jaw-dropping views.<br />
Talking of which, swimming is a must at the Dubrovnik Palace.<br />
<strong>The</strong>re are three outdoor pools, with a swim-up bar at the main one,<br />
and a smart indoor pool up on the top floor. Although there’s no<br />
sandy beach, there’s swimming to be had from the stone terraces<br />
down at the water’s edge.<br />
Evenings take on a magic of their own at this hotel. Live jazz in the<br />
nightclub, tinkling ivories in the piano bar, or maybe a cocktail while<br />
you watch the sun set - the choice is yours.<br />
