Truly family-friendly, this hotel pampers its pint-sized guests
every bit as much as the grown-ups. Their brightly coloured
Grecoland Club is a miniature version of a Venetian harbour,
and Tasty Corner serves them up snacks. There’s even a
club for teens. Factor in a great pool scene that steps down
to the shore and it’s easy to see why families love this hotel
so much.
Couples, meanwhile, are enticed by the setting.
Surrounded by wheat and poppy fields, the El Greco fronts
its own Blue Flag beach. Between the beach and the sun
terraces, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy
views of the Med and the snow-capped Lefka Ori
mountains - views that regularly turn into vibrant reds and
golds at sundown. In fact, the hotel reckons it enjoys the
best sunsets on the island.
Inside, the hotel has brought the outside in - a huge circular
fresco of the sky adorns the ceiling in the marble lobby.
In the bedrooms, marble bathrooms, tiled floors and
sunshine yellows create a welcoming space.
