<strong>The</strong> Dining<br />
<strong>The</strong> set-up is 24-hour Gourmet Inclusive, which means all your food and drink is included – and the quality is exceptional.<br />
<strong>The</strong>re’s a choice of six restaurants. <strong>The</strong> feather in its culinary cap is Le Chique. Here, you’ll be served an eight-course meal<br />
combining fl avours and textures we guarantee you won’t have tried before. All we’ll say is expect the unexpected – it’s a<br />
meal you’ll be talking about for years.<br />
• Le Chique Dressed in magenta, black and silver, this<br />
adults-only restaurant looks more like a Parisian boudoir.<br />
Think haute cuisine with textures and fl avours fashioned to<br />
surprise even the most discerning diner.<br />
• Tapaz Dishes, like shrimp kebabs and crispy calamari, are<br />
placed on a spinning plate in the middle of the table. It sparks a<br />
tearing, dipping, dunking frenzy that stretches into the night.<br />
• Zavaz This Caribbean kitchen serves everything from jerk<br />
chicken to mahi mahi. <strong>The</strong> snacks are good, too, with 5oz grilled<br />
Angus burgers and hot dog paninis.<br />
• Zocalo A cactus here, a Mariachi band there – no prizes for<br />
guessing this is where you can try Mexican favourites.<br />
• Sienna Your fi rst port of call at this Tuscan-inspired trattoria<br />
should be the central table loaded with loaves and speciality oils.<br />
Just save room for all the extra courses the Italians like to<br />
squeeze in.<br />
• Spoon This spacious central venue is where you can go<br />
down the help-yourself route. Hot bacon and eggs, a choice<br />
of fresh fruit and pastries, omelettes cooked to order.<br />
You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in Spoon or Zavaz. Zocalo is open for brunch through to late lunch. Dinner is served in all<br />
restaurants, and room service is available 24-hours a day.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Entertainment<br />
At Sensatori Mexico, entertainment takes a backseat, allowing dining to take centre-stage. That said, there are some nice touches to look<br />
out for. Saxophonists often play by the adults’ pool. A Mariachi band will sometimes strike up in the Mexican. Talking of restaurants, three<br />
of them have bars where you can enjoy a drink but special mention has to go to the Mojito Lounge. With 30 different types of mojito<br />
on the list, this is the place to wind down come the cocktail hour. Another great venue is the Roof Garden Lounge, the place to head for<br />
nightly shows.<br />
