FLIP-UP DOOR INSTALLATION
Removing existing rear doors may affect
rigidity of the body. This would result in
the side to side (racking) of the corner
posts when the vehicle is in transit. To
prevent this it is suggested that gussets
be installed on the corner posts and
header per the body manufacturer’s
recommendations.
Note: With flip-up door closed, locate corner
post gussets to clear all flip-up door
components.
