Einbau des Schneckenrades Das Schneckenrad muß nach dem Tragbild eingestellt werden (siehe Bild 58.1). Nach dem Einstellen ist das Schneckenrad axial möglichst spielfrei einzubauen. Während des Einlaufens wird sich das Tragbild zur Einlaufseite verlagern. Auf den Schneckenzahnflanken liegt das Tragbild stets unsymmetrisch. 4. Fitting the worm wheel The worm wheel must be adjusted according to the contact pattern (see fig. 58.1). After adjustment, the worm wheel should be fitted, if at all possible, without any axial play. During the running-in period, the contact pattern will gradually move towards the entering side. The contact pattern on the worm threads is always unsymmetrical. 4. Réglage du couple roue et vis La roue doit être réglée selon la portée de denture (voir figure 58.1). Aprés réglage de la portée, la roue est à fixer avec le moins de jeu axial possible. Durant le rodage, la portée se déplacera vers le côté d’entrée de l’engrènement.
