<strong>TAC</strong> PNEUMODULAR � Two-, Three-, Four-Position Selector<br />
Switches<br />
These switches are manually operated devices<br />
adaptable to a wide variety of applications in<br />
pneumatic control systems. They are normally<br />
used to perform diverting or supply and exhaust<br />
functions to operate final control components or<br />
index relays in multiple switching systems.<br />
The S520 is a two-position, four-branch switch. The<br />
S521 is a two-position five-branch switch that<br />
provides one blocked port in each knob position.<br />
The S530 is a three-position, four-branch switch<br />
which can be used to supply a signal to any one of<br />
three devices or supply any one of three signals to<br />
a device. Its unused ports are blocked. The S531 is<br />
identical except for its unused ports being<br />
exhausted to atmosphere.<br />
The S540 and S541 are four-position, five-branch<br />
switches which follow the same operating pattern<br />
as the S530 Series. However, they can supply a<br />
signal to any one of four devices or vice-versa.<br />
Unused ports are blocked in the S540 and<br />
exhausted in the S541.<br />
Features:<br />
S520, S530, S540 Series Selector Switches can easily be<br />
mounted any of three ways:<br />
• Flush-mounted on panel face. Dial plate locks onto switch<br />
body and is held in place by tightening the mounting nut<br />
from the rear. Provides exposed adjustment.<br />
• Mounted with two screws and MCS-G Gasket to MCS-S<br />
Socket. Provides concealed adjustment.<br />
• Mounted remotely on the various mounting brackets listed.<br />
K511, K512 and K514 “flush-mount” the gradual switches<br />
with or without flush-mounted 2 in. pressure gauges.<br />
• <strong>TAC</strong> PNEUMODULAR: All parts clearly labeled. Ports align<br />
with MCS-S terminals.<br />
