Open Poker--Stud poker.<br />

Open Seat--A chair available for another player.<br />

Option--Five-card, high-low stud with a twist.<br />

Option <strong>Card</strong>--(1) A card that may be either kept or exchanged (Twist). (2) A stud card that may be<br />

either kept in the hole or exposed.<br />

Original Hand--The cards dealt to a player before the draw.<br />

Outs--A poor hand that can win on the draw.<br />

Overcall--The calling of a big bet after others have called.<br />

Overcard--A card that is higher than any card showing.<br />

Overcards--<strong>Card</strong>s that rank higher than a pair.<br />

Overhand Shuffle--A shuffle made by sliding cards from the top of the deck into the other hand.<br />

Overhand Stack--An overhand shuffling technique for stacking cards.<br />

Pace--See Betting Pace, Game Pace, and Hand Pace.<br />

Pack--The deck of cards.<br />

Packet--A portion of the pack.<br />

Pa Ferguson--Five-card stud with high card on board and all cards like it as wild.<br />

Paint--A face card in a lowball hand.<br />

Pair--Two cards of the same value.<br />

Palmed <strong>Card</strong>--A card concealed for future use by a cheater.<br />
