NEW! FAMILYMINISTRIES FORUM In response to the growing number of family ministry positions being added to the staff of large churches, a new addition to the 1996 Leadership Network Forum Schedule is the Family Ministries Forum. It will be held September 25-27, 1996 at the Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs, CO. WHAT IS “FAMILY MINISTRIES” Family Ministry is defined as ministry to families as a whole, rather than just age-group ministry that addresses the needs of members of the same family in separate events. Pioneers in the field are developing integrative approaches to the oversight of children, youth, and parents/marriage ministries. WHO IS INVITED Anyone involved in family ministry, or intergenerational ministry for at least one year.
