Ich freue mich besonders, dass iconannual – The European
Business and Investment Magazine aufgrund
der großen Akzeptanz vom letzten Jahr ab nun jährlich
im Rahmen der iconvienna erscheinen wird.
Die zweite Auflage, die heuer umfangreicher ist, bietet
Informationen über aktuelle Trends in den Bereichen
Wirtschaft, Forschung und Politik.
Erfreulich sind nicht nur der große Erfolg des iconannual,
sondern auch die Weiterführung des Young
Leaders Dialogues, das junge High Potentials aus Forschung
und Wirtschaft zusammenbringt, mit dem Ziel
über aktuelle Themen zu diskutieren. Ein weiterer
wichtiger Punkt ist die Gewinnung neuer Partner wie
die Central European Initiative – CEI.
Wie man sieht hat sich das Forum iconvienna zu
einer renommierten, hoch geschätzten Ost-West-Plattform
für Top-Level Networking entwickelt, wo jedes
Jahr internationale hochkarätige Entscheidungsträger
aus vielen Bereichen aufeinander treffen. Wichtig ist
es sowohl kompetente und erfahrene Opinion Leader
zusammenzubringen, als auch neue Geschäftspartnerschaften
zu ermöglichen.
Die Diskussionen, der Erfahrungsaustausch sowie
der Kontaktaufbau im Rahmen des Forums führen zu
einem vereinfachten Umgang mit Problemstellungen
und sichern eine leichtere Zusammenarbeit mit anderen
europäischen Ländern.
Anlässlich des 20-jährigen Jubiläums des Beitritts
Österreichs in die EU wünsche ich den Teilnehmern

am very glad that iconannual – The European Business
and Investment Magazine will be published annually
as of now as part of iconvienna due to its big
acceptance. This year’s second circulation is more
extensive and offers information about current trends
in the areas economics, research and politics.
I am delighted not only about the big success of iconannual,
but also about this year’s continuation of the
Young Leaders Dialogue, which brings high potentials
from the areas research and economics together with
the purpose of discussing current topics. A further important
point is the collaboration with new partners,
for example the Central European Initiative – CEI.
The forum iconvienna has become a highly prestigious
East-West platform for top-level networking,
where international top-class decision makers from
different areas meet. It is essential to bring competent
and experienced Opinion Leaders together as well as
to enable the establishing of new business partnerships
between them.
The discussions, experience exchange and contacts
created within the scope of the forum lead to simplified
dealing with problems and guarantee an easier collaboration
with other European countries.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Austria’s
accession to the EU, I wish all participants and partners
