Interagency <strong>and</strong> Intergovernmental Coordination <strong>for</strong>
Environmental Planning (IICEP) Materials
The 377th Air Base Wing (377 ABW) solicited comments on the Draft Environmental Assessment (<strong>EA</strong>)
by distributing letters to potentially interested Federal, state, <strong>and</strong> local agencies; Native American tribes;
<strong>and</strong> other stakeholder groups or individuals, <strong>and</strong> by publishing a Notice of Availability (NOA) in The
Albuquerque Journal that provided notification that the Draft <strong>EA</strong> was available <strong>for</strong> review. Two
government agency comments were received from the Albuquerque Environmental Health Department
(AEHD) Air Quality Division (AQD) <strong>and</strong> the New Mexico Department of Game <strong>and</strong> Fish. The
distribution lists of potentially interested parties, examples of the IICEP notification letters, the NOA, <strong>and</strong>
the two comments received follow in this appendix.
