A Technical Troubleshooting<br />
1. I've calibrated the system correctly, but why are my<br />
strokes not recorded during training- or measure-mode?<br />
<strong>SAM</strong> <strong>PuttLab</strong> uses motion detection to determine if you made a<br />
stroke. Try to make a complete putt motion including back- and<br />
forward-swing. Don't forget to keep the club head quiet before<br />
each stroke until the "Ready" LED on the screen turns green.<br />
2. My strokes are not recorded because of "Data Spikes."<br />
What's the reason for that?<br />
Because the system uses ultra-sonic signals to determine the<br />
position of your golf club, these signals can be reflected on flat<br />
surfaces and walls nearby. Position your <strong>SAM</strong> <strong>PuttLab</strong> away from<br />
flat surfaces and walls.<br />
3. I hit the golf ball exactly in the sweet spot, but <strong>PuttLab</strong><br />
shows me it's beneath it.<br />
The system wasn't calibrated accurately enough. Hold the club<br />
head exactly in the "sweet spot" directly and align exactly with<br />
the target hole during the calibration.<br />
4. I get the following error message indicating a missing<br />
database driver:<br />
