Paul Creswick is an infrastructure architect with Westpac Banking Corporation,<br />

Australia. He has worked in the design, development and implementation of<br />

several e-business applications utilizing <strong>WebSphere</strong> and Tivoli Access Manger<br />

including online Loan Originations Systems and Business Banking Portals.<br />

Currently he is implementing a security and network identity architecture to<br />

provide enterprise services utilizing Tivoli Access Manager.<br />

Piotr Kisielewicz works as Advisory IT Specialist in <strong>IBM</strong> Global Services BIS<br />

Poland in the e-business integration group. He is primarily responsible for<br />

architecting Web-based solution in the areas of integration and security. His<br />

expertise include Web system design based on <strong>WebSphere</strong> and Domino as well<br />

as integration through various middleware technologies. Before joining <strong>IBM</strong>, he<br />

worked for a business partner as a communication specialist. He holds an MSc<br />

degree in electronics from the Technical University of Wroclaw and an MBA from<br />

Ecole de Mines de Saint Etienne (France).<br />

Floyd Langley is an Advisory Software Engineer within <strong>IBM</strong> Developer<br />

Relations Technical Support. He currently provides support for <strong>IBM</strong> Tivoli Access<br />

Manager and <strong>IBM</strong> Directory Server. He holds a degree in Computer Science<br />

from the University of Kansas. David was in Development in <strong>IBM</strong> on a variety of<br />

products for 13 years, and has been in Technical Support for the last three. He<br />

currently holds certifications as a Microsoft MCSE - NT 4.0, <strong>IBM</strong> Certified<br />

Specialist - AIX 4.3 System Administration, Tivoli Certified Consultant - Tivoli<br />

Public Key Infrastructure V3.7.1, Tivoli Certified Consultant - <strong>IBM</strong> Tivoli Access<br />

Manager for eBusiness V3.9, and Tivoli Certified Consultant - <strong>IBM</strong> Tivoli Access<br />

Manager for Business Integration V3.8.1. His My current areas of expertise are<br />

security and LDAP.<br />

David Leigh is an Advisory Software Engineer in <strong>IBM</strong> Software Group's<br />

<strong>WebSphere</strong> Platform System House organization, located in Research Triangle<br />

Park, North Carolina. He has six years of experience providing internal network<br />

application services and support. His areas of expertise include application and<br />

server security, high-availability, monitoring, problem determination, <strong>IBM</strong> AIX,<br />

and DCE/DFS.<br />

Rao Maheshwar is a <strong>WebSphere</strong> Consultant with iS3C Consultancy Services<br />

Ltd, Inc. He worked as a J2EE programmer, designer, analyst and an architect<br />

for many Web related projects. He received his university degree in Computer<br />

Science. He is experienced in <strong>WebSphere</strong> Commerce Server, <strong>WebSphere</strong> Apps.<br />

server scalability, <strong>IBM</strong> DB2 UDB clustering using HACMP, <strong>WebSphere</strong> Edge<br />

Server for <strong>IBM</strong> HTTP Server load-balancing, <strong>WebSphere</strong> MQ and Web Services.<br />

He is currently focusing on XML-based Web services and Web security<br />

implementations.<br />
