6. Click OK to create a database.<br />

7. If more than one Domino server is going to use that database, you will need<br />

to replicate it to all these servers.<br />

8. Identify the directory assistance database on the server that will use it. In the<br />

Domino Administrator, switch to the Configuration tab.<br />

9. In the Use Directory on field, choose the server whose Domino Directory you<br />

want to modify. In our case it was Domino1/ITSO.<br />

10.In the left panel click Server -> Current Server Document, this will open the<br />

document describing your server.<br />

11.Edit the document and on the Basic tab, enter the file name of your Directory<br />

Assistance database into the Directory Assistance Database Name field (if<br />

the Directory Assistance database is in a subdirectory, provide the path<br />

relative to the data directory, for example: DIRECTORIES\DA.NSF).<br />

12.Save and close your server document. The server document from the<br />

scenario presented in this book is shown below.<br />

13.In the same place, in the left pane select Directory -> Directory Assistance<br />

and click the Add Directory Assistance button to create a new entry for<br />

Directory Assistance.<br />
