Stephen Pipes is a <strong>WebSphere</strong> consultant for <strong>IBM</strong> HS&T based in Hursley,<br />

England. He has several years of programming experience with Java and<br />

worked for three years in the Java Technology Center in Hursley before moving<br />

to the <strong>WebSphere</strong> development group. Stephen works with a number of<br />

customers providing technical support and education on a variety of <strong>WebSphere</strong><br />

Application Server and Java topics.<br />
