Parking Description Report
(October 22, 2007)
The ARTIC Transit Facility and Parking Description Report,
prepared by Carter and Burgess, provides further definition
of the transit needs, facility requirements, preliminary
design concepts and order-of-magnitude cost estimates.
Facility concepts are presented in the report to illustrate
possibilities to public and private decision makers. The
ultimate design and layout of ARTIC will reflect the shared
vision of the OCTA, the City of Anaheim and the private
partners.

Transportation Intermodal
Center (December 19, 2009)
The Parking Management Study for Anaheim Regional
Transportation Intermodal Center, prepared by Richard
Willson, Ph.D. FAICP, provides an analysis of the appropriate
parking supply for the ARTIC Mixed-Use District, taking into
account parking demand for transit-oriented uses, parking
management, shared parking potentials and parking
supply strategies.
