The <strong>ARTIC</strong> Transit Facility and Parking Description Report,<br />

prepared by Carter and Burgess, provides further definition<br />

<strong>of</strong> the transit needs, facility requirements, preliminary<br />

design concepts and order-<strong>of</strong>-magnitude cost estimates.<br />

Facility concepts are presented in the report to illustrate<br />

possibilities to public and private decision makers. The<br />

ultimate design and layout <strong>of</strong> <strong>ARTIC</strong> will reflect the shared<br />

vision <strong>of</strong> the OCTA, the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Anaheim</strong> and the private<br />

partners.<br />

The Parking Management Study for <strong>Anaheim</strong> Regional<br />

Transportation Intermodal Center, prepared by Richard<br />

Willson, Ph.D. FAICP, provides an analysis <strong>of</strong> the appropriate<br />

parking supply for the <strong>ARTIC</strong> <strong>Mixed</strong>-<strong>Use</strong> <strong>District</strong>, taking into<br />

account parking demand for transit-oriented uses, parking<br />

management, shared parking potentials and parking<br />

supply strategies.<br />
