Establish a visual connection with the surrounding areas<br />

by incorporating urban design elements that associate<br />

the <strong>ARTIC</strong> <strong>Mixed</strong>-<strong>Use</strong> <strong>District</strong> with iconic elements<br />

located in the vicinity.<br />

building and open space design to promote<br />
