particular and wear of the utility <strong>uniform</strong> in general off base.<br />

Provides guidance the cold weather physical training <strong>uniform</strong>,<br />

blue dress, and blue-white dress <strong>uniform</strong>s; and the all-season<br />

service <strong>uniform</strong>. Updates the blue white dress <strong>uniform</strong> as the<br />

summer season <strong>uniform</strong> for SNCOs.<br />

d. Chapter 3. Provides <strong>regulations</strong> on the wear of the new<br />

blue dress and service sweaters with epaullettes, female slacks,<br />

necktie length, NCO waistplate, martial arts utility belt, and<br />

combat utility <strong>uniform</strong>.<br />

e. Chapter 4. Lists new <strong>regulations</strong> for the wear of<br />

merrowed edge grade insignia/service stripes, and female cloth<br />

chevrons and service/identification badges on female <strong>uniform</strong>s.<br />

Updates wear of insignia on combat utility <strong>uniform</strong>s.<br />

Incorporates wear of diver breast insignia, to include the<br />

combatant diver breast insignia.<br />

f. Chapter 5. Updates precedence of awards and <strong>regulations</strong><br />

for the wear of the Armed Forces Service Medal, Marine Corps<br />

Recruiting Ribbon, Drill Instructor Ribbon, Marine Security Guard<br />

Ribbon, NATO Medal, U.S. Public Health Achievement Medal, Kuwait<br />

Liberation Medal, and the wear of multiple badges on female<br />

<strong>uniform</strong>s; and redefines the <strong>regulations</strong> regarding the wear of the<br />

Hour Glass and “M” devices.<br />

g. Chapter 6. Updates female band member organizational<br />

allowance to include the split-dress skirt.<br />

h. Chapter 7. Updates <strong>regulations</strong> for wear of food service<br />

clothing, the campaign (service) hat, military police equipment<br />

and the Sam Browne Belt.<br />

i. Chapter 8. Updates <strong>regulations</strong> for the wear of <strong>uniform</strong><br />

by Navy personnel.<br />

j. Chapter 9. Updates the male/female officer <strong>uniform</strong><br />
