If you do not have a specific need for multi-level resource plans, thenstick to the single-level approach; they are easy to implement and measure, and they work great in mostsituations. Category plans are another rarely needed feature. A majority of the situations you will facecan be resolved by implementing a simple, single-level Interdatabase Resource Plan. So again, startsmall, keep it simple, and add features as you need them.235
