Among other things, it verifies accessto the NTP server, checks name resolution using your DNSserver, and checks to see if any of the IP addresses in yourconfiguration are already in use. We’ll talk more aboutcheckip.sh in step 4.This file contains your network host names and IP addresses. Itis used by the checkip.sh script to validate the network settingsyou specified. When you are running the checkip.sh script, thisfile must be in the same directory.This file contains all the configuration parameters and networksettings from the DBM Configurator in a name=value format.This is the input parameter file used by OneCommand toconfigure your system.This file is used to generate the Installation Template, whichshows up in a separate spreadsheet tab in the DBMConfigurator after you click the Create Config Files button.This is the 1 Firstboot configuration file used by release11.2.2.1.0 and later of the cell software image.This is the 1 Firstboot configuration file used by releases11.2.1.2.3, and 11.2.1.2.6 of the cell software image.preconf-11-2-1-2-2.csv The 1 Firstboot configuration file used by release 11.2.1.3preconf-11-2-2-1-0.csv This is the 1 Firstboot configuration file used by releases 11.2.2.1and later.1Firstboot is run before OneCommand and performs the initial configuration of the servers.
