ImplementationThe faculty of the Department of Accounting views this strategic plan as an addendum to andexpansion of the College of Business Strategic Plan for 2007-2016. However, we have not triedto provide a definitive plan beyond five years in advance. We believe all of the goals can bestarted and most substantially completed by 2012. The projects will be implemented through theexisting committee and administrative structure of the Department of Accounting.Many of these goals will be achieved only as new versions of the Graduate and UndergraduateCatalogs are introduced.
