ADMINISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION, Chapter 10IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAMS10.1. The Planning Commission shall review the General Planannually, focusing principally on actions undertaken inthe previous year to carry out the implementationprograms of the plan. The Planning Commission's reportto the City Council shall include, as the Commissiondeems appropriate, recommendations for amendments tothe General Plan. This review shall also be used to satisfythe requirements of Public Resources Code §21081.6 for amitigation monitoring program.Responsibility:Time Frame:Planning CommissionCity ManagerPlanning DirectorFY 2006-2007; annually thereafter10.2.
