HOUSING, Chapter 4GOAL 4.CMeet the special housing needs <strong>of</strong> homeless persons, seniors, largefamilies, disabled persons, and farmworkers.POLICIES4.C.1. The <strong>City</strong> shall provide referrals for housing and services tohomeless persons.4.C.2. The <strong>City</strong> shall promote increased housing opportunities forseniors, large families, and disabled persons.4.C.3. The <strong>City</strong> shall encourage developers <strong>of</strong> rental units to buildunits for large families.4.C.4. The <strong>City</strong> shall encourage the incorporation <strong>of</strong> child care inresidential areas and employment-based land uses to helphouseholds with young children.4.C.5.
