64Stimulator & AccessoriesStimulator ModuleSTM100C & STMISO SeriesSTM100CThe STM100C module provides pulse and waveform stimulus outputsfor nerve conduction, evoked response (e.g. ABR studies), audio stimulusresponse(e.g. startle response) and somatosensory response studies. TheStimulator setup in AcqKnowledge provides easy-to-modify single-, STMISOCdouble- or multiple-pulse sequence outputs of any polarity. TheStimulator setup screen also provides standard sine, triangular andsquare wave outputs for other kinds of physiological tests. Create anarbitrary waveform by modifying an existing wave or reading in asequence of user-specified numbers (text file). Stimulus duration, repetition,onset and amplitude are completely programmable. Forinteractive changes during recording, stimulus amplitude levels can alsobe controlled manually. Overload and pulse stimulus indicators are positioned on the module’s frontpanel for easy viewing. It plugs into the STM100C to provide either an isolated voltage or constant currentstimulus and incorporates a selectable linear voltage multiplier to amplify the voltage signal from theSTM100C. Voltage stimulation can be unipolar or bipolar, with a maximum voltage output of 200volts.
