C h a p t e r 5 – R e f e r e n c eDate/TimeThe date and time should be set when thecontroller is installed, and when it is poweredback up after being shut down for an extendedperiod of time. The real-time clock circuit is maintained for several days during a power outage,but will lose track of time after a week or more.Set the date by using NEXT/PREV to select the date field and then adjust the field value using the+ and – keys. When the desired date has been set, press the ENTR key, or just turn the dial to anew location to write the new date and time into the real-time clock electronics.Event DaysThe <strong>BaseStation</strong> <strong>3200</strong> supports eight event days.An event day will stop all watering, and will keepall programs from starting on that date. Anevent day can be scheduled up to a year in advance.To set a new event day, use NEXT/PREV to highlight an empty event day box and then use the +and – keys to set the desired date. Use the + and – keys to edit existing event days. An eventday may be cleared by pressing the CLR key when the day to be removed is highlighted.Page 63<strong>Baseline</strong> <strong>3200</strong>
