And the risk of household work, who not tend to use safety equipmentthemselves (such as masks and gloves). Risk ofloss wages, because employers who are also GCresidents are "runaway/escape" due to avoidpaying boarders. Yaya did not have time tospare, for himself and for his family. Thus, shevulnerable to stress and depression due tofatigue. According to specialist doctors in theU.S. women's Jessica Anderson quoted inhttp://indonesian.irib.ir, that one other factor inthe cause of depression in women is stress andpressure experienced in the outdoors, where thelack of balance between the duties of wife andhousewives on one side and work on the otherside. This condition is according to Anderson, creating a is very bad atmosphere and magnifiesthe stress experienced by women. Anderson alsonoted that when women are required to workoutside the home just like men, they will sufferfrom depression more quickly since they arevery sensitive in dealing with all things. Both ofthese factors simultaneously affect the life ofYaya, who then these factors into a work burdenYaya each day (Fig. 1).Figure 1. They need the work, to feed thechildren and the father and mother's herhusband. From the time employed Tika and herhusband, obtained within 1 day that she usingwork time in the domestic realm as much as 12hours or 84 hours per week. She husband whileusing only 35 hours a week to work in thedomestic realm. From the observations made, the phenomenon of her double burden asfollows:Internal factors. Factor caused by the divisionof labor between the Tika and her husbandmeasured from the time both domestic workand the public. Where she more often used thanher husband's working hours, i.e. 55% and 45%.his happened, because it is still attached to thefamily of Indonesia that a woman should bedoing homework, even though women areworking as wage earners. These jobs, such as:cooking, laundry, take kids to school and helpchildren learn.External Factors. Factors caused by she workactivities in the public sphere are "EM" pubs &bars. External factors are: wage system, workingmechanism, and the risk of work. Wage system isdone by "EM" pubs & bars, does not meet thestandards of UMP DKI Jakarta, even the waitress(including Tika) tend not given wages.Remuneration by way of turnover systemapplied to Tika and the other women workingthe pubs & bars, while the officers of themanager who the men were not imposed such awage system. And that became an importantpart in the pub & bar business is the waitress, butthey who have the lowest wages in the businessarena. Working mechanism, where the shemust have "standby" to work at night until 21:00this morning at 04.00.
