Ministry of Internal AffairsBased on the content of the answers of the MIA to detailed informationrequest of the investigators concerning the administration of complaints ofbrutal treatment, it can be stated that the Ministry of Internal Affairs, unfortunately,virtually ignored this request and prepared a formal response, whichcontains almost no information needed for further investigation.This reply concerning the statistics of complaints of torture and brutaltreatment and their results reads that the official statistical information of theMinistry of Internal Affairs on children’s rights, including the prevention ofchild abuse, is located on the Web-site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (mvs.gov.ua).
