Analysis of national legislation on the prohibition and prevention oftorture and brutal treatment in the context of criminal justice concerning thefollowing issues:— Requirements of basic legislative acts;— Standards of usage of physical force, special means and weapons,as well as other related matters;— Safeguards against brutal treatment during detention of a minor, placingher/him in custody, her/his interrogation and other special proceedings.— Legal standards and additional guarantees of the rights of minors duringcourt proceedings— Legal standards for juveniles deprived of their liberty— Criminalization of torture and brutal treatment— The possibility of reparation of damages— Special legislation to protect children from torture and other forms ofviolence.2. Analysis of laws and regulations concerning:— Medical and psychological examination of detainees or prisoners, realizationof the rights of children deprived of their liberty to medicaland psychological care;
