Interviews with key informants: judges, prosecutors, officials of theagencies of internal affairs, personnel of penitentiary system, defensecounsels in criminal cases, NGOs and so on.For this part of the study the instrument F is as described in component IIIabove.Component V.Conclusions and recommendationsTo make conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis ofnational legislation on the prohibition and prevention of torture and brutaltreatment in the context of the criminal justice system.• Reservation1. There are some problems in obtaining information from public authorities,which are defined as service information, and this applies not only totheir purely inside information such as standard and legal acts marked “forofficial use only.”2.
