4.15 We have sought to estimate the house building rate that will be requiredthrough to 2031 to meet these targets. However, given the current slow down innew house building, we think that the delivery of new homes in the next couple ofyears is likely to be less than the Regional Plan envisages. A housing trajectory isincluded at Appendix 3 which further illustrates the predicted rate of housinggrowth in the borough.Proposals Map4.16 The Proposals Map will ultimately illustrate the spatial aspects of alldocuments within the Local Development Framework. Map layers will build up asdocuments are produced. This is the first time that the Proposals Map has beenpublished and it shows all strategic landscape and environmental designationswhich are being carried forward from the Replacement Local Plan withoutamendment. The Map also illustrates the two strategic employment sites in Bury<strong>St</strong> Edmunds and Haverhill and the existing large housing allocation at north-westHaverhill.Key Diagram4.17 The Key Diagram illustrates the Spatial <strong>St</strong>rategy and illustrates the broadpolicy objectives for <strong>St</strong> <strong>Edmundsbury</strong>.
