The above-mentioned documents are available for inspection at the head office of the Paying Agent inLuxembourg, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.Each Final Terms relating to the Notes which shall be quoted on the Regulated Market of theLuxembourg Stock Exchange may be obtained from the paying agent in Luxembourg.UndertakingEach of the Issuers has undertaken, in connection with the listing of the Notes, that if, while Notes ofan Issuer are outstanding and listed on the official list of as well as admitted to trading on theRegulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, there shall occur any adverse change in thebusiness, financial position or otherwise of such Issuer or the Guarantor that is material in the contextof issuance under the Programme which is not reflected in the Prospectus (or any of the ReferenceDocuments) such Issuer and/or the Guarantor, as the case may be, will prepare or produce thepreparation of a supplement to the Prospectus or, as the case may be, publish a new Prospectus foruse in connection with any subsequent offering by such Issuer of Notes to be listed on the official listof and admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.If the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (as set out in the Prospectus) are modified or amended in amanner which would make the Prospectus, as supplemented, inaccurate or misleading, a newProspectus will be prepared to the extent required by law.Each of the Issuers will, at the specified offices of the Paying Agents, provide, free of charge, upon theoral or written request therefor, a copy of the Prospectus (or any Reference Document). Written or oralrequests for such documents should be directed to the specified office of any Paying Agent or thespecified office of the Listing Agent in Luxembourg.Post Issuance InformationIn the case of Notes in respect of which payment of interest and/or principal is determined byreference to an underlying, the Issuers will not provide any post-issuance information regarding suchunderlying except if required by any applicable laws and regulations in the future.AuthorisationThe establishment of the Programme was authorised by the Board of Management of DeutscheTelekom and by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Finance on 20 June 1997,18 August 1997 and 1 September 1997, respectively. The increase of the aggregate principal amountof Notes which may be issued under the Programme was authorised by the Board of Management ofDeutsche Telekom and by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Finance on11 April 2000, as well as on 22 March 2000 and 27 March 2000, respectively. The further increase ofthe aggregate principal amount of Notes which may be issued under the Programme toEUR 15,000,000,000 was authorised by the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom on14 May 2001 and by the Board of Management of Finance on 18 May 2001 and the SupervisoryBoard of Finance on 21 May 2001. The further increase of the aggregate principal amount of Noteswhich may be issued under the Programme to EUR 20,000,000,000 was authorised by the Board ofManagement of Deutsche Telekom on 1 April 2003 and by the Board of Management of Finance on1 April 2003 and by the Supervisory Board of Finance on 1 April 2003. The further increase of theaggregate principal amount of Notes which may be issued under the Programme toEUR 25,000,000,000 was authorised by the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom on29 March 2007 and by the Board of Management of Finance on 28 March 2007 and by theSupervisory Board of Finance on 28 March 2007.208
