Again the estimate prepared for 12644children at Rs.118.26 lakh (Rs.935.30 per child) 2008-2009 wasfound 146.68 per cent more than the estimate of 12444 childrenin 2007-2008. Reasons for such abnormal variations inestimates were not recorded.
