COPC® CertificationIn April 2011, <strong>Entel</strong> Call Center obtained the internationalCOPC® (Customer Operations Performance Center) certificationfor four of its services: Mobile Billing, Premium Telebilling,<strong>Entel</strong>´s Enterprise segment services and BlackBerry TechnologyService Center. It is the first company to obtain this awardin Chile for four contact center services, and the first in LatinAmerica for technical helpdesk (BlackBerry CAT).ResultsIn 2011, revenue from <strong>Entel</strong> Call Center totaled CLP $26,562 million,an increase of 23% over the 2010 figure.
