<strong>TO</strong> <strong>00</strong>-<strong>20</strong>-<strong>14</strong> <strong>30</strong> September <strong>20</strong>11c. To coincide with the scheduled arrival date at the deployed location for TMDE with calibration intervals of 5months or less that are deploying in support of <strong>Air</strong> Expeditionary <strong>Force</strong> (AEF) operations.d. To account for return transportation time for TMDE.e. To coincide with the arrival of the on-site TFCU.3.5 PRECISE TIME SUPPORT.Precise time support is now accomplished using the GPS system through the local PMEL. Repair and replacementactions for cesium standards used for frequency or time standard should be accomplished through the appropriate itemmanager at WR-ALC.3.6 TMDE USER RESPONSIBILITIES.The user shall:a. Appoint a TMDE coordinator. A TMDE coordinator is not required at locations where the PMEL supports onlyone organization. The TMDE coordinator shall attend training and maintain a TMDE coordinator file thatincludes:(1) Name of primary TMDE coordinator and alternate.(2) Current TMDE Master ID Listing (produced quarterly from the PMEL).(3) TMDE Monthly Master Equipment Schedule.(4) Test equipment hand receipts from PMEL (unless a Central Collection Point (CCP) has been established. Insuch case, PMEL-issued hand receipts will be kept on file at the CCP. The CCP will issue a local handreceipt to the TMDE coordinator).(5) A copy of the base instruction, if applicable.(6) Any customer handout(s) that might be provided by PMEL.NOTECustomers (or at least the TMDE coordinators) shall have access to and be familiarwith contents of <strong>TO</strong> 33K-1-1<strong>00</strong>-1; <strong>TO</strong> 33K-1-1<strong>00</strong>-2; <strong>TO</strong> <strong>00</strong>-<strong>20</strong>-<strong>14</strong>; any applicableCMS <strong>TO</strong>s; <strong>TO</strong> <strong>00</strong>-25-234 General Shop Practice Requirements for the Repair,Maintenance, and Test of Electrical Equipment; <strong>TO</strong> 33-1-27, Logistic Support of Test,Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment; <strong>TO</strong> 33-1-32, General Instructions for InputPower Wiring of Electrical/Electronic Support Equipment; and the SpecialCertification Roster (SCR) or equivalent document identifying persons designated ascalibration limitation approval authority. Preferably, coordinators of large accountsshall maintain their own copies of these <strong>TO</strong>s.NOTEA TMDE coordinator file is not required for the PMEL’s TMDE coordinator.b. Calibrate, certify and repair TMDE specified in any applicable CMS <strong>TO</strong>s or <strong>TO</strong> 33K-1-1<strong>00</strong>-2 as USER at thespecified interval. If the USER organization (same as performing work center) does not have the capability,obtain calibration and maintenance support from the lowest echelon organization having the capability. If noother organization has the capability, the PMEL may assist by providing training, workspace, technicalassistance or support, as resources allow.
