GETTING HELPDuring this period, <strong>Microplex</strong> will repair or replace a defectiveproduct with a new or rebuilt product at no extra chargeexcept as stipulated below.At no time shall <strong>Microplex</strong>’s liability exceed the replacementcost of the subject item.All expressed and implied warranties for this productincluding all warranties of Merchantability, Suitability, andFitness for a particular application are limited to three (3)years from the time of the original purchase date. A Support technician will have you dosome tests to ensure the problem is definitely hardwarerelated.If so, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number will be given to you by the technician.
