Resolution No. 2012-A Resolution Appointing the Land Records Manageras the Review Officer for Cabarrus CountyWHEREAS, Cabarrus County and the municipalities within the County have regulationsgoverning the subdivision of land; and,WHEREAS, General Statute 47-30.2 requires the Board of Commissioners of each countyto designate by name one or more persons experienced in mapping or land recordsmanagement as a Review Officer; and,WHEREAS, the Statute indicates that where feasible the Review Officer be certified as aproperty mapper pursuant to G.S. 147-54.4;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissionersappoint the Land Records Manager, Greg D. Belk and his properly trained designees, as ReviewOfficer effective April 17, 2012.ADOPTED this the 16 th day of April 2012 by the Board of County Commissioners.Attest:_______________________Elizabeth F.
