Perimeter Lighting (Option)When the UNLOCK button on the optional remotekeyless entry transmitter is pressed, the headlamps,parking lamps, back-up lamps and cornering lamps willcome on if it is dark enough outside according to thetwilight sentinel.If your vehicle is not equipped with the twilight sentineland the perimeter lighting is active, the lights will comeon whenever the UNLOCK button on the transmitteris pressed.This option can be programmed on or off foreach transmitter.ITo turn the feature off1. Press and hold the door lock switch throughout thisIprocedure. All doors will lock.2. Press the instant alarm button on the transmitter.Perimeter lighting remains on at this time and thehorn will chirp two times.3. Press the instant alarm button on the key transmitteragain. Perimeter lighting is disabled and the hornwill chirp one time.4. Release the door lock switch. The' perimeter lightingoption is now off.To turn the feature on:1. Press and hold the door lock switch throughout thisprocedure. All doors will lock.2. Press the instant alarm button on the key transmitter.Perimeter lighting remains off at this time and the'horn will chup one time.3. Press the instant alarm button on the transmitteragain. Perimeter lighting is now enabled and thehorn will chup two times.4. Release the door lock switch. The perimeter lightingoption is now on./-2. -
