Application forshort-term postdoctoral fellowships for US researchers are assessed aseither acceptable or not acceptable.(iv) Four discipline-specific panels (humanities and social sciences,mathematics and physics, chemistry and biology) convene joint meetingsin early December and mid-July to decide on foreign candidates based onthe above application evaluations and the numbers allocated for eachdiscipline.
