Secondly, a questionnaire is sent out to each researcher everyother year to determine their circumstances one year and then five yearsafter fellowship completion.O ther evaluationsTo evaluate its fellowship programs, the JSPS has established a reviewboard comprising researchers from outside universities, independentadministrative research institutions, and private-sector researchinstitutions.
