Dr. ANA BIANCHI. To the date it has organized two main courses, in 2005(first course) and 2007 (second course), and cooperated with the Argentina Branch(with Pr<strong>of</strong>. Dr. LILIANA VOTO) in 2006.Courses:– 2005: Montevideo-Uruguay (First course), Victoria Plaza Hotel, 250 participants,5 invited pr<strong>of</strong>essors.– 2007: Montevideo-Uruguay (Second course), Sheraton Hotel, 350 participants,6 invited pr<strong>of</strong>essors.The past meetings <strong>of</strong> the Uruguay Branch were very successful, particularly when focusingon the local participation. We can see a very positive evolution as the number<strong>of</strong> participants increased for the second course which was also the first <strong>of</strong> the Fetus asa Patient.The most recent conference was for the presentation <strong>of</strong> <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Donald</strong>'s <strong>Book</strong> in Spanish. Ittook place in Montevideo on May 26, 2009. There were talks <strong>of</strong> neuroscan by Dr. MALINGERfrom Israel and Dr. H. MUÑOZ from Chile, and ultrasound in fetal anemia by Dr. A.
