For the initial agreement this is simply the start of the preparations andarrangements, albeit it is worth putting anything in this annex which can be used tosupport the work of the OBC or SBC.Any of the following details considered should be provided in this annex:• proposed management structures showing stakeholders involvement andrelationships;• project team skills required;• skills levels of the project team individuals - highlighting suitability andcapacity to achieve milestones;• sources and numbers of resources, roles and responsibilities;• roles of external team members/advisors;• communications strategy for the project and in particular escalationprocedures;• quality management approach and arrangements;• an execution plan;• the benefits realisation plan;• a timetable for the implementation;• the key milestones for reporting and reviews; and• estimates of costs (products, services and resources).N.B.
